SERVICE LEVELS
With each client, SoPro agrees on a range of service levels. These key measurements focus on the same areas that would be of concern if you performed the services in-house. We hold ourselves accountable by giving a discount if we perform below certain levels, such as:
- Time to release statements – within agreed number of days from end of period
- Timeliness of transaction processing – 3 days on average over any month period
- Accuracy of processing – greater than 99% of transactions over any month period
- Accuracy of accruals and other journal entries – more than 98% agreement in amount
- Material irregularities – 98% profit accuracy, no incorrect notes or report reruns
- Average time to resolve errors – before books are closed for month
- Average expense report turnaround time – within 14 days over any month period
- Percentage of payment discounts taken – 98% or greater over any month period
